PIUSI MA 130

PIUSI MA 130 is a pump for transferring oil. From the constant study of new systems for the transfer of fuels and fluids, PIUSI develops the range PIUSI MA, available in the versions 130, 140, 180, 190.

The PIUSI MA 130 air-operated diaphragm pump for oil is designed to ensure maximum safety with high performance. The air-operated oil transfer pumps are available in a wide range of materials and parts, so that they can be used in various applications including those in the industrial, food and pharmaceutical sectors.

A RELIABLE WORK PARTNER

The sturdy central body, the side half-shells and the suction and delivery manifolds are made of aluminum, while the diaphragms used are of high quality NBR that allow the transfer of oil with high viscosity, even with solid parts in suspension, such as used oil.

The PIUSI MA 130 diaphragm pump is a type of vacuum pump in which the change in volume is given by the oscillation of a diaphragm that closes one side of a chamber. The solution has the advantage and waterproofing obtained by eliminating any sliding between parts.

The pneumatic circuit guarantees safe operation and the construction principle makes the pumps of the PIUSI MA line particularly suitable for heavy duty applications.

HIGH PERFORMANCE

The PIUSI MA 130 oil transfer pump has a flow rate of up to 50 l/min and its self-priming feature makes it safe from damage in the event of dry-running. Further, it allows precise speed adjustment without pressure loss.

PIUSI MA 130 can be combined with the Easy Oil and Pistol-one versions suitable for oil transfer. To monitor the quantity transferred during dispensing, it is possible to install the PIUSI NEXT or K600/3 flow meter.
